Organizing Committee Notice No 1

All coaches must notice the importance of obeying clause 18.1 of Sailing Instructions dealing with the sign in / sign out procedures.
For the smooth operation of the championship as well as for security reasons there will be no tolerance and the appropriate penalties to all athletes of the club will be imposed in case of infringement.
During the registration procedure every coach will receive a data sheet with the athletes concerning the sign in /sign out procedure on its club. This data sheet must be signed on daily basis for the sign in AND the sign out procedure and send by email to sports@eio.gr immediately after the finish of each racing day.

8. EQUIPMENT INSPECTION is amended as follows
8.1 A boat or equipment may be inspected by the Technical Committee or a Race Committee member at any time for compliance with the class rules and sailing instructions. On the water, a boat can be instructed by the Technical Committee or a Race Committee member to proceed immediately to a designated area for inspection.
8.2 On Sunday November 10, for all boats competing at the 470 and Laser Radial classes a complete boat and sails measurement will take place from 09:00 to 17:00 hours.
